I was pretty excited on getting this smokeless grill. I live in an apartment so I don't want smoke alarms going off. I ordered this on Amazon Prime day. Thought it was a good deal. I bought Steak Burgers at the grocery store and used the Power Smokeless Grill. I did everything right, I put water in the tray in the bottom just like the instructions said to do. I had the power on and the fan turned on, put the burgers on the grill, and a few minutes later it was smoking like crazy. The Apartment Fire Alarm was about to go off when I hurried it outside, and put a fan in the balcony door to push the smoke out. I am very disappointed in this. I purchased this POS instead of a gas grill for the balcony cause I thought this would be something I could use year around. Wish I could just send it back to Amazon, but from what I have read, sending it back to the company like in the instruction book said is hopeless. So I guess I'm out $125.00 cause its going in the garbage.
