We had this product for 29 days. It was used about 15 times for 10 minutes at a time to water front flowers. Although it is extremely light weight and doesnt tangle, it BROKE already. Its exactly what some others have complained about. The attachment where you screw in the nozzle has a rubber covering that becomes detached from that and slips down causes the hose to leak and spray water all over. When you try to reattach the nozzle the threads on that just wont attach. Its almost like it is stripped but not really. It just is made poorly at the nozzle attachment. Its a great idea but the product is made poorly and needs to be fixed. I just it being sold on QVC and the price has gone up which is crazy because it will eventually break. I was lucky, I guess that mine broke within the 30 days, so Amazon refunded me. The seller NEVER responded to my request so I reached out to Amazon for help. Thank you Amazon customer service for great service on your part . Hopefully enough people will complain. Its only a matter of time before more do.
