The wheelchair, in locked position, TIPPED BACKWARDS WITHOUT REASON. I bought is wheelchair for my 80 year old mother for mother's day. On Tuesday, she was sitting in the patio with her caregiver sunning themselves. Her chair was in locked position and her feet were on a ottoman that is lower than her wheelchair. (my mother is paralyzed on her left side.) The caregiver got up and turned her back to get my mother a blanket which was on another chair behind the caregiver. I means in seconds, my mother's wheelchair tipped backwards. The caregiver could not believe what happened, so she sat in the wheelchair and it TIPPED BACKWARDS TOO. My mother sustained a bump that was the size of goose egg and a nasty scrap and the caregiver had a bump the size of an egg. THIS CHAIR IS DANGEROUS!!
