The reviews were good, but I don't like it at all. It kills your finger and thumb, maybe needs a large multi-finger hole instead of the one-finger hole. Concept is good with the changeable cutting length guides. Note: I was contacted by the company and given a full refund after they read my negative review, even though I had purchased it in 2013 and stored it in the closet since. They definitely stand behind their product and want their customers to be happy with it. So if you're hesitant about trying it, you know they stand behind their money-back guarantee. Excellent customer service.
