Like that super hot person you don't know, but then you start talking to her/him and you're like...UUGGH awful
I really wished microsoft had a winner here. I like everything about the controller. It feels amazing in your hands compared to other controllers. Unfortunately, feeling is all you really get with this unit. The warranty is 90 days if you don't buy it with a "Bundle" Like most people, I drooled for this device and pre-ordered it last fall. (Oct./2015) Like most people, I already had an XBone, games, and a ton of accessories when this was announced. Lot's of hard earned money has gone into my xbox habit. Apparently microsoft needs more of my cabbage, because they released a crap quality controller, threw some lead in it for heft, and called it "Premium" Imagine all our surprises when we start getting Left stick drift, or bumper buttons failing, or any other on a long list of common failures for this product at 93 days, and we reach out to our good ole buddy microsoft for some support. Guess how microsoft handles these issues...if you are over 90 days from purchase, your only choice is to buy a new controller. They don't even offer a repair service for these things/. It's either give them more money for a new one or get rekt. Those are the only 2 options. Not much you can do about it unfortunately, except maybe buy the extended warranty. Be warned people. Maybe you'll get one that lasts, but most likely you'll get one that fails in less than 1 year, and you'll be on the market for a new one. Mine lasted 6 glorious months before it started getting flaky. At least you can send a Scuff in for repairs.
