I contacted the customer service number and for the life of me , the gal just couldn't understand the part I was missing. She was basically laughing at me- which was a bit annoying and unprofessional. There's a bottom piece that screws onto the flower cap that contains the pooled nectar. She had no idea what I was talking about so I still have an unusable bird feeder. Now what? DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
