Crowdstar has to be the greediest company I have ever experienced with the worst customer service! They change rules and pricing without warning, they lie to their customers about how the game works, they don't refund your money when items you paid real cash for disappear or one of their countless glitches messes up the system. THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO YOU. All anyone ever gets as a generic automated response saying they received your complaint and then nothing ever happens past that. Now they are taking away bonuses which is the only real way to get decent money in the game and they have taken away the transition period between seasons. And they did this all without telling anyone! They say they give away real world prizes but the rig the voting process and results. This company should honestly be reported to the BBB and they should be ashamed of themselves. If I had my own fashion line, I would not do business with them because they are making all of the other brands and companies look bad. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS GAME AND DO NOT PAY FOR ANYTHING! I have received multiple double charges on my CC because of them and have had to go to apple to complain and get my money back. This whole thing is a freaking scam!!!!
