When this arrived I was so excited. We followed the directions to a T. We thought it odd that only two screws were provided to hold up such a large, heavy cabinet. They are super small. We put it up anyway with the provided hardware making sure to follow the directions properly. Then, within 24 hours it happened. The weight of the cabinet pulled the screws AND the anchors from the wall. Result? The pictures shown. It broke my toilet. I contacted the seller. They told me to send them pictures. I replied to the email only to discover you can’t reply. They gave me no other way to provide the information except here. I was hoping for some kind of refund considering the expense of the new toilet I have now. So, beware!! Go buy your own hardware for this if you’re going to buy it.
