Broke in 4 months
I like the new design with no metal bar to break. However I wish the circle the ball sets into went all the way around the base. The ball leans forward and I have to be carefull when rolling the chair that I don't fall out! All else is great.
8/22/18 have had this since April, the base of the seat just broke off the rolling base. No way to fix it. Major failure.
