I purchased this Delsey Hard + 4 wheel spinner for my daughter. Less than 6 months later the corner was missing. I wrote the company and included the picture. I received a response that was basically a run around. They told me I could ship it to a service center, but that if it was determined to be abuse the warranty was not honored. So, why spend $50 - $75 to ship it and only be told it wasn't their fault. You would think they could look at the picture and tell it wasn't impact resistant! It was purchased because it was advertised as Hard +, impact resistant, and a quality piece of luggage. Purchase at your own risk. Update: Wrote them a second time, including another photograph of the luggage with an entire corner missing and their response was to contact the airline. Why name it “Hard+” and indicate it is impact resistant if it breaks and tears apart that quickly and easily. Since it was paid for with AMEX card, hopefully they will cover the damage under their warranty program!
