Need quality control and inspecting.
I hate to give it one star. Unfortunately it appears there is no quality control nor inspection before they ship these things out. The whole lower section is cracked near the area of the Axel. It leaks faster than you can fill it. I see others have had the same problem with these things. Great idea but poorly built. Wow, what mess, leaked diesel fuel all over in the bed of my truck!
