We have only used this lightly for a year now, maybe once a week. I didn't think the plastic would hold out considering the power of the motor and the size of the auger. Without any abuse, while juicing grapes,sure enough, the nubs on the bottom of the bowl seem to be stripped, and the filter spins with the auger. It is still under two-year warranty and the factory told me parts are not currently available. So now I have a $400 paper weight (it's heavy enough). I will update this review when/if factory gets back to me with a solution. Two months later- Still getting nowhere with customer service. I think they are stalling until my warranty runs out. They said parts are not available but I see them offered on their web site. I would change the rating if they made an honest attempt at customer service and solving the problem.
