This is a nice little juicer for the price. Preface by saying it is my first so I have nothing to compare it to. I see where people complain about having to cut pieces up but I expected to do that so it was no issue. When putting pieces of produce in, you need to hold your hand over the chute as your getting the 'plunger' or bits will sometimes fly out. Clean-up is pretty easy and I find the pulp pretty dry so I feel like I am getting good juice from my produce. The container for juice is great for measuring I guess but entirely too small if you are making anything and you will need to put a larger cup under. I recommend something you can close and shake to mix all up. All in all I am happy with this juicer and I think if you are thinking about juicing, this is the perfect purchase. Not too expensive and does a good job. As I move forward in my 'juicing journey', perhaps I will check out something more expensive but this is exactly what I wanted and the price can't be beat. UPDATE: DO NOT BUY - I have used the juicer 3x a day for 5 days and it is giving out. Makes weird noises, juice runs underneath, gets hot and actually frightening. I cut my pieces small and am very careful with feeding the juicer - I don't put big pieces in or a too much at a time. It seems to have the most trouble on any leafy green - kale or spinach. Once I start putting those in it starts acting up. It is almost too cumbersome to juice anymore. Will have to replace it.
