Unfortunately this didn’t work for my dads lower back pain. He tried lots of spots, emailed Kailo and tried their suggestions, and even left it on overnight. He thinks he might have arthritis in his back. We were really hoping it’d work ! My reason for 2 stars instead of a neutral 3 is the company charged me for return shipping. Generally on Amazon if a product doesn’t work, return shipping is paid by the company (maybe only got sold by Amazon?) either way. I feel for a not working product, return shipping should be covered.
