The Gryphon worked well till I discovered that our home computer can always change its MAC address and logged onto Gryphon as a new device. Then the usage of this computer is not managed/monitored by Gryphon. The Gryphon did send notification about new device discovered but I can't just wait there and block/manage this computer all the time. Do you know what is happening and how to control this? Is there a way to remember a fixed property of a computer so that even its MAC address is changing but it is identified as a same computer? Please solve this issue...before you say it is hacker proof and useful. Update: Gryphon team is awesome. The problem now is solved with the new APP update! New device now can be first blocked and then needs admin to prove its access. You truly listened to your customers and made changes. Thanks!
