Many recipes have canning times that are simply unsafe for the ingredients contained in them. This book should not be used by novices for canning. Many of the recipes would be better to make and freeze safely. But you would have to already know the ins and outs of pressure canning to distinguish the good info from the bad in this book. Truthfully, this book should not be allowed to be sold without corrections or removal of many recipes.
