I wish I could be another convert, but I'm not. This is a very expensive, shredded foam stuffing pillow. Unfortunately, I had ordered a second set before discovering this. The pillows do not hold their shape, nor do they stay cool. The first one I bought was supposedly following the "fit guide." It was too thin, very uncomfortable and I felt like my head was barely cushioned. None of the pillows hold their shape for more than a few hours. Yes, they do go in the dryer and can get refluffed, but what a pain. If I could, I give these a negative rating. . Maybe these work for some, but not us. I REALLY, REALLY recommend you go to a store and try out various pillows before ordering these. I would have sent them back, but I live outside the US and it's a pain having to return things via a mail forwarding service. Lesson learned. These will end up in guest bedrooms--guaranteed that folks won't outstay their welcome! Late note: these are now very odd-shaped lumps of discomfort that we're just marking time until we can ditch We recently had to travel and stayed at an upper-range hotel. The pillows in this hotel were so comfortable that I had to take off the pillowcases to find out what brand they were. Obviously, I can't mention the name here, but hubby and I slept in unbelievable comfort. Upon returning home, I placed an order for these pillows. Let's just say that we will be receiving 6 pillows for nearly the same cost of one of these miseries. PLEASE, PLEASE DON'T BELIEVE THE HYPE OF THE "MY PILLOW" COMMERCIALS.
