I wish I had read reviews on Amazon before I purchased this product! I didn't know there was a link on here or I would have seen them. I ordered directly from the website after seeing the tv infomercial. The package took 15 days to arrive from when I ordered, a long time. Can't say it was worth waiting for at all. The first thing I noticed and was concerned about was the strong chemical smell when I opened the bag it came shrink-sealed in. I let it air out for several days before giving it a try. The smell dissipated somewhat but not fully. Smelled like the crate-type mattress pad foam topper thing you can buy for your bed. I didn't think having this chemical next to my head all night would be healthy or safe. I had a headache the next day. Next thing was the sound! It makes weird noises as the filling shifts around which it does all night! You pretty much have to work on your pillow all night and beat the thing into submission! It does NOT stay where you put it as the ad shows. It only stays like that if it's not being used. Then there were the lumps in my face and ear to deal with. How wonderful. It would get really thin where my neck meets my shoulder as the night went on and get all bunched up near the headboard. So as I said you gotta keep working on it while you try to sleep. Lastly the standard/queen size is not the length of a queen pillow; it's shorter if that matters to you as it does for me. And yes, I DID order the size they said I needed. And yes, I did fluff it in the dryer before using as per instructions. So if you get the pillow and don't like it they do have a 60-day guarantee BUT you end up paying shipping coming and going. Very disappointed with this pillow and wasted my money. I was taken in by the ads but it is just modern day snake oil, another gimmick. I've joked that it is no longer "My pillow"--it's now "Their pillow" since I've sent it back!
