Edit: The company has now contacted me multiple times trying to pay me to remove this review. I would assume they have paid others to remove negative reviews. Original: My treadmill came with the wrong remote that does not work with the product. Multiple other recent reviews and feedback have just recently stated the same problem as of Aug/Sept 2020 and the company has not responded. I have tried changing the battery, the instruction manual only contains a different remote entirely, and have also tried downloading the Gfit app mentioned in the Amazon listing. There are no instructions for the app in the user's manual and there is no way for the treadmill to be picked up by bluetooth as the app describes. This is a scam product, probably scam app, and should not be purchased. It appears this USED to be legit- I read a lot of reviews - but something has recently changed. They used to only have 6% negative review feedback and now have over 50% negative in the last 30 days with numerous people reporting the same unsolved problems.
