This thing is garbage and the customer service is HORRIBLE. I received this, filled it with a roast and everything to accompany it. Hit manual, low, it beeped, I walked out the door. When I returned from work everything was room temp and spoiled. This thing doesn't warm up no matter what I do. Tried to reach out to customer service and i'm on my 4th email after providing the model and series number for them on multiple occasion they still continue to ask for more information. This is a terrible product. No more Hamilton Beach ANYTHING for this family. I suggest you stay away from this at all costs.
