The plot was moderately interesting, the story ok. But, I gave it 1 star because it’s the plot of Rising of the Shield Hero with a few changes. Spear instead of shield, false letter to evil god instead of false rape allegation. Buying a female elf girl slave instead of a beastkin slave. Corruption runs rampant. The other 3 summoned heroes are idiots and/or corrupt and greedy. Basically I got to the buying a slave portion and decided that was enough. It’s not terrible, but it’s also not original, it just feels like someone trying to make a buck off another author’s work.
