This camera was barely used by us. Bought during Christmas time, but until last month, had not been used. We used it about a month and now won't take a charge - battery or camera is faulty, not sure which one. Did all the troubleshooting, definitely not the cords, checked different power sources, camera still won't take a charge. Return and product support window are closed - of course. If you are looking at this camera to buy, you may want to think twice about that. Even if it's a 'good value' it's not a good value to use a $148 camera for a month and then it stop working. Would have been better off with a disposable!!
