I bought this to replace one that I broke. I was very happy with the first one, but this one is defective. You can see from the photo that the top portion is not securely fastened. As a result the entire red portion twists around and is unstable to hold. Unfortunately, I threw all the boxes and packing material away when I got it as today is recycling day and I only noticed the defect while I was washing it. Now I don't see how I can return it and I can't find a vendor to communicate with. I am very disappointed with this entire experience.
