I cannot really say much when it comes to supplements like this. This is one expensive stuff and I know it would take some time to show benefits if any but it is just way too expensive to continue taking it. I read a report about this stuff and NMN, written by a third party in a foreign country and it said it has not been proven that this stuff is effective on human body and the report recommended NMN instead. It is also expansive so when its price comes down significantly, I may try NMN. Update: I received an email from customer service, stating that the product that I received is defective and offering a refund IF I deleted my review. Very sketchy business. Lowered from three stars to one as a result.
