I loved this fireplace when it worked. Then the fan stopped. But you say to yourself "what about the warranty". Every number you try from Lifesmart automatically hangs up. I also emailed them three times with no reply. Do yourself a favor and avoid this! If the company won't back up their product, you are pretty much at the mercy of the cheap Chinese components holding up. Mine lasted a year.
