Ordered this printer as new, advertised shipped and sold by Amazon. The printer was sealed as new, all foam in place, and bagged in its plastic. I thought it was funny part of the paper tray was just jammed in the middle. When I opened the "instruction" book, it was open to a page in the middle. There is supposed to be orange tape holding things in place. There was no orange tape. The ink tanks were already installed, the orange tabs in a side box. I go to begin using the printer, it says there's a paper jam before I even put any paper in it! open the back, there was about 10 sheets of paper jammed from some doctors office! Truth! Despite all this, I'm not inclined to return it as I've already installed everything and it seems to work OK for the moment. They aren't likely to believe my story anyway. I do intend to pursue a refund from Amazon. This would get NO stars if I could. Buyer beware, cheats and liars abound.
