UPDATE: Reduced from 2 stars to 1. Put the radio up fully charged. After 2 months I pulled it out... DEAD!! WTF! I'd expect a bit of loss during a 2 month storage, but total depletion??? POS... Finally got around to buying an "emergency" radio. I have little faith that this was the right choice. Each time I moved the radio, the battery compartment door would come off and the battery would fall out. With those little wires connecting the rechargeable battery getting all twisted up and kinked when I put the battery back in, I have no confidence in its having a long lifespan. Finally put a small twig to apply pressure to keep it closed.
