Dragon NaturallySpeaking Home 13.0, Would never install on my computer. I got two emails from the company telling me to to uninstall it this way and uninstalled it that way and reinstall it again. Also to download it to my desktop and install it yet again from my desktop and not the CD. I am currently running version 12.5, which proves my computer can handle their software and I know how to install their software. My biggest mistake, was not buying it through Amazon. I bought it through them directly and used PayPal. It took about three weeks to get the software and Nuance strung me along, past the 45 days that PayPal allows to dispute a transaction. So for $109 I have ended up with a CD, which allegedly has a program on it, and a microphone headset that I don't need because I am already running their software 12.5. Nuance Communications does not stand behind their product and their technical support is virtually nonexistent. Also, versions 12.5 causes my computer to not copy and paste properly until I reboot the whole computer. I was hoping version 13 would solve that problem, including better speech recognition, but instead, all I got was a runaround and spending hours upon hours of installing and uninstalling and reinstalling version 12.5.
