I have loved my machine until parts start breaking on it and there is absolutely nowhere to get replacement parts any longer. I’ve used mine over a period about 2 years maybe 10 times. The site used to sell replacement parts but don’t anymore. I even emailed the company thru their site and never heard a word back. Very expensive machine when you can’t use it. My “collar” at the bottom of the glass pitcher that holds the blade in the jar snapped into when seating the pitcher. My drink poured across the bar and can no longer be replaced. I’m sick over what I paid for the machine. If I could replace parts still I would give full stars. Sadly it’s unusable after only about 10 uses.
