It isn't a pressure fryer
I'm sure this is a quality appliance, although I have not used it and don't intend to. I purchased it because the description said, among other things, that in addition to being a pressure cooker it was also a pressure fryer. But the book says " Do not use the Electric Pressure Cooker to fry under pressure using oil".
