Seams rip. Serta Warranty is not honored!
After a few months of ownership, our new Serta Mattress had a seam rip, as shown in the pictures. Marketing Plus approved the mattress for a replacement, but is not honoring Serta's warranty. They are asking for about 50% of the mattress's original value to replace it with an equivalent mattress.
The warranty states: "will be repaired or replaced... If the Serta product you purchased is discontinued at the time of repair or replacement, a current model of comparable quality and value will be selected", but this is not honored.
