After reading glorious reviews about this product,I purchased it for my 4 years 42lb daughter.We followed instruction removed from shipping box and "allowed the mattress to Expand" for 72 hours.The third night we had her sleep on it, at 42lbs she would create a crater size indention on the mattress.We decided to turn over the mattress and try again same situation.We were concerned for her posture and spine and returned the mattress. You have not lived until you have opportunity to wrap a mattress and haul to the UPS headquarters,because the franchise UPS stores would not accept because it was too big..We are very disappointed. I did call the manufacturers customer service they seemed unimpressed by my situation," if amazon gave you a return label just ship it" We wanted to address the defective mattress with C/C but were told just to wrap and ship. My daughter was happy when she seen we were returning "Da Da I don't like sleeping in the Bowl mattress". No worries my princess its gone.
