I wish I could've added photos with this review. I woke up with my bottom right side engulfed in a gross, stinky gravy. It would seem my husband ate almost an entire bag right before bed. Now I Cant comment about the cramps, because he did not move all night. Let's just say it took an hour of cleanup, and the sheets couldn't be saved!!! Good Luck ! The are Tasty
