I purchased these on January 18, 2020. They were mounted on a wire pen in an enclosure for our senior, blind chihuahua, Stinky Pickles. We used them for almost 1 year. They were easy to clean and use, however Pickles was able to knock the bowls out of their ring holders from time to time. On January 7, 2021 I came home from a 2 hour appointment to find Pickles had knocked the large bowl out of the holder and this time the ring the bowl sets on broke off the mounting bracket leaving a jagged edge which Pickles fell against, puncturing her lung. It was horrible. She did not survive. It was a good product. However this is a major design flaw. I implore the company to change this and pet owners to be aware so they do not leave their pets unattended with these bowls. I understand it was an accident. I hope by posting this I can save someone the pain of loss that we are going through right now.
