I thought this was a great baking sheet at first but after 4 months of using this baking sheet 1-2X/week, I now notice that when I wipe down the sheet with a paper towel, there is a noticeable layer of grey substance that is left behind (aluminum). No matter how I wash this baking sheet or wipe it down with a paper towel, there is always some debris behind. I have never put this baking sheet in the dishwasher. I would NOT buy this product again for this reason or recommend it. I now feel like the aluminum has been transferred to the food without my knowing, as I do not use parchment paper.
