Bone-In Adds Weight
Great flavor when you buy it right. Don't forget - for a 32-oz (2 lb) cowboy/tomahawk steak, the bone adds a lot of weight. I get mine locally (SoCal) for a lot less. They all charge for the total weight, including the monstrous bone.
