This product does not work. All you get is the smell people complain about. I was somewhat skeptical as to how well this worked so I ordered a bacteria test kit. I'll post photos of the before and after for you to see. If you already have this device I strongly recommend ordering a kit and testing it yourself. It simply does not work. I even called their customer service to see if I was doing something wrong. After they told me I was using the device correctly the girl became snippy with me and told me to return the device. The website showed a Petri dish of before and after 15 minute sanitizing cycles. The device doesn't even allow for a 15 minute cycle. So, I tried two back to back 12 min cycle still with crappy results. This is a waist of your money!
