I received this item from Amazon in a timely manner in it's original sealed packing, however upon attempting to install the key code was not accepted. I have attempted to contact Roxio's support however they have the most difficult support that I've ever dealt with, just trying to find a way to contact them is extremely difficult with every step you take on their site leading you back to where you started. After finally getting in touch with them via contact form, they suggested I download the installer and try again. That still did not work and I've received no further response after four days upon sending them a copy of my receipt and proof of purchase. Definitely not a good way to do business. I've used Roxio products in the past but never have experienced any problems until now. Personally I find this kind of failure in support completely unacceptable from a legitimate software company.
