Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I have re-ordered this same item several times in the past. I recently received 2 bottles labeled "Black Cohosh" with a sticker over the label that read, "Saw Palmetto". The capsules were only half filled and a lighter color powder compared to what I received previously. I left on vacation with the new supplement not only to find the difference but a worsening in my symptoms. I tried, unsuccessfully, to upload pictures of the label and the capsules themselves. I found nowhere on the site to request a refund or to ensure I would be provided the correct supplement in the future. Most disturbing!!!
