Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I disregarded the negative reviews after I replaced my first one, thinking this model was improved. But alas, the new one I purchased has now failed completely after giving haphazard performance for the last couple of months. I suspect that this product is an expensive example of time predetermined mechanical failure, either intentionally or inadvertently included in its design. Nevertheless, I have purchased two so far but as the dog says , "kick me once, shame on you; kick me twice, shame on me.
