I love this soy sauce because it is organic and wheat free. I also try to avoid GMO's. It is a little on the salty side but I just add water to make it a sushi dipping sauce and add less in my cooking which I prefer anyway. I use it a lot in garlic honey soy marinades so decided to get a large bottle so it wouldn't run out so fast. The smaller bottles come in glass but the larger one (for service use) seen here is plastic. That would be fine except that it is type 7.. Which is difficult and less commonly recycled and worse.. More likely to contain harmful endocrine disrupters such as BPA. I've decided not to take my chances again. To the manufacturer: Please change your plastic to a safer material. Glass is preferable but to another plastic that is likely to be less harful. I won't be purchasing this particular size again until a change is made.
