I sent this for Christmas to my son and daughter-in-law in Texas and the basket jammed b4 she could even use it and she had to call Go Wise to negotiate a new on being sent to her. If you read the reviews on many of the different brands there are problems with those that have an inner basket that jams even after use. This is not a perfected kitchen item, yet the USA CAN SEND SPCE SHIPS TO MARS AND THE MOON AND GET THEM BACK WITH THE ASTRONAUTS. More tech research needs to be done to make air fryers operate correctly. What an embarrassing Christmas present.
