Got my new printer and started going through the setup. However, after I inserted the included ink cartridges, I got an error stating that one of the cartridges was either missing or not recognized (the YELLOW ink cartridge). I repeatedly reinstalled and made sure the cartridges were seated properly in the printer. Still the same error. Luckily, I had purchased extra ink cartridges directly from HP anticipating I'd need them fairly soon. I inserted a new YELLOW cartridge and got an error message stating that now both YELLOW and MAGENTA were missing or not recognized. I replaced the MAGENTA and still the same error message. I promptly returned the printer to Amazon. Based on the customer reviews on all kinds of printers sold by Amazon, it appears that no one makes a printer that's 100% reliable for 100% of the customers or even 85% of the customers. It's a crap shoot. You may be lucky and get a good printer or "craps" and get a lemon. That sucks.
