I'm 5' 6", 120 lbs and this chair is WAY too big for me. I scoured the reviews and decided to take a chance because I read a few smaller people enjoyed the chair. I wanted something that would give me good lumbar support studying for the bar--- I needed something that would force me to sit up very straight (I am usually hunched over my computer reading large textbooks or writing flashcards) since I sit for so long. But, the seat is so big that I have to basically recline (sit at a 95 degree angle position) to even reach the backrest and at that point my feet are about 2 inches off the ground. **see photos** apologies for the quality Also I have a small drawer under my desk and the armrests are so big that even at the shortest position they are too tall so I can't pull the chair closer to the desk. The only plus about this chair is that the seat pretty comfy. it's firm with a little cushion and feels good on the bum. But I'd say for the vast majority of people, this chair will likely be too big or not be suitable for proper lumber support.
