Just a heads up, this is a Willsence product. I was very disappointed when it arrived as I purchased this to replace another one of their kettles that only lasted a few months. When I tried to call in on the 2-year warranty of the previous product, they gave me the run-around and did not honor it. They said they had no product to offer a replacement and no way to give me a refund. All a farce it seems. They said I should try and have Amazon take care of it if I want anything, despite it being well outside the return window and not Amazon’s responsibility. Amazon did help and it was appreciated, but Willsence and it’s parent company are a bunch of crooks. If you look up reviews on their products and the company, they are terrible. Buyer beware.
