Bought the FH50150 in April. Used it for the 3rd time now in August and the clean water/solution tank drains all the water right through the machine every time I put it into position, leaving the machine unusable. I tried contacting customer service but remained on hold for more than 15 minutes. Prior to this 3rd time attempt, the machine worked perfectly. It might be the clean water/solution tank is defective, but only after the 3rd use ? I browsed for the replacement tank online which averaged $40 on most sites. Very disappointed in the quality/ integrity of this product. Hope to finally get through to Hoover eventually. Hope they have a solution where I don't have to invest more $ into this product. I have since spoken with customer service and was told to take it to a service center. They will determine whether the defect is covered under warranty. Mind you, this machine is only 4 months old. RUN AWAY from this machine as fast as you can and reconsider purchasing from Hoover as their policies/warranties/service basically do not favor the consumer. Once they have your $, you are on your own.
