Everything is great until you have to contact customer support. Before you buy this GPS you must to know: You have only 30 days warranty to replace your device with a new one (isn't it useful!!!). If it will brake after it, you will get "refurbished" device, which is not exactly what you expect. It will be a USED unit, scratched all over, and in my case - not working! I spent 3 months talking and emailing to TomTom, and it seems there is no solution. You will end up with someone's old GPS. I will never buy TomTom again.
