I hate to write stuff like this but I feel the need to do it. My phone arrived with a big scratch across the screen. And on top of the that, the feature that I purchased the phone for (the camera) doesn’t work. It said fatal error when I opened the camera, and now every time I open the camera it freezes for a second and then shuts down. I never used it once.
