They sold me a 3 year warranty for a home cctv, but have no service members in my area in Slidell. La. So I would have had to pay $250 to take it out of my home, send it in, and pay another $250 to have it reinstalled after lightning did something to affect it. They had no answers, ultimately a nice lady said they would refund me only to change their minds, do nothing, and make it my problem. They sold me a warranty they had No possible way of honoring. I should have known better than to trust a protection plan being I sold them for Radio Shack long ago and I know the hustle and creative ways to do nothing. NEVER PURCHASE AN EXTENDED WARRANTY, THEY WILL NEVER CONSIDER SIMPLY THE RIGHT THING. I had to eat it
