The light itself seems pretty nice, lots of adjustable settings. However, the danger is in the USB port. After plugging in a tablet for less than 5 minutes, I could smell it burning. The USB connector was so hot that it pulled apart, and partially fused to the tablet. The tablet is now destroyed and my daughter cried herself to sleep wondering why Santa would do that. The seller's response "We are sorry that you did not like the product. But as stated in the listing you should not use the USB Port for devices that require more than 5v, 1-1.5A. We will issue you a refund for the two lights once you send the lights back. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, or damage to any non-Fugetek product used in connection with this product" First, almost no modern device uses less than 1.5A, rendering this port useless. Secondly, there is no reason why it should literally melt your device. This lamp is truly a fire hazard. I can only imagine what would happen if this was left unattended for an extended period of time. I'm guessing burning your house down is also not covered under their warranty, nor would it even get an apology. If this company cheaped out on the USB port, what other hidden dangers lurk?
